Chapter collects the minimum we need to make and deliver a mattress and to tell you when it is time for the next one.

What we collect

• If you join the list: your email address.
• If you order: name, delivery address, phone number for the delivery team, email, and what you bought, including tension and size, so we can honour the guarantee.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
• Basic, anonymous site analytics: which pages are read and where visitors come from. We do not sell or share this.

What we do with it

• Make and deliver your order and handle swaps, returns and guarantee claims.
• Email you once when we launch, and around year seven of your mattress. You can unsubscribe in one click and we will not chase you.
• Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or swap lists.

Your rights

You can ask for what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. We keep order records for the length of the guarantee plus one year for tax and warranty reasons, then delete them.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie for the checkout and an anonymous analytics cookie. No advertising cookies are set by this site.
